We engineered this custom control assembly to precisely monitor and maintain airflow and pressure within critical paint booth environments. This system is vital for ensuring optimal conditions, preventing overspray, and guaranteeing high-quality finishes while protecting both operators and equipment.
Our design incorporates Dwyer Instruments pressure gauges for real-time differential monitoring, alongside Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley relays, breakers, and I/O modules for robust automation logic and communication. Power stability is secured by Mersen fuses, a SolaHD transformer, and an Allen-Bradley power supply, all housed within an nVent HOFFMAN NEMA-rated enclosure for reliable operation in demanding industrial settings.
