Advanced Control for RNG Infrastructure
Renewable Natural Gas Control Panel
Completed March 31, 2026

We recently completed a custom control panel build for a critical renewable natural gas (RNG) application. This system was engineered from power distribution to safety PLCs, ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous operation are non-negotiable for demanding energy environments.
Our team designed this system to support gas processing and monitoring operations, integrating advanced safety controls, redundant power systems, and scalable I/O. This comprehensive approach guarantees maximum uptime and robust performance in critical infrastructure.
Highlights
- The system ensures critical uptime for demanding renewable natural gas operations.
- We integrated a GuardLogix safety PLC architecture for robust hazardous process control.
- Redundant power systems were incorporated to significantly minimize operational downtime.
- The panel design prioritizes a clean layout, ease of maintenance, and future scalability.
